glucosamine side effects

Dec 06

Just a few weeks to go and the year is over. Wow, strewth, blimey, and so on and so forth.

Another momentous year, lots of stuff going on, changes either happening or about to happen. Life trundles on at work, at play, with the family and at home. Same as it is for everybody I guess.

My trip to France for the Euros was truly and wonderfully exciting and fulfilling. The sort of thing you take to your grave, it was such a great trip, I’ve got goosebumps writing about it six months later. On the “business” side of things, I am now paid to write for the football / soccer team I have supported for almost four decades, so 2016 goes down as a red-letter year for that reason alone. “Find a job you love and you’ll never work another day in your life,” as I believe Churchill once said.

My daughter is getting bigger and more mature and it frightens me how quickly that came around. Not yet in double-figures but already acting and looking like a teen. I fear there is a world of trouble ahead on that front, but I’m sure it will all be worth it in the end. Well, that’s what I keep telling myself anyway.

So as the year winds down I’m sure you are all doing your own reflections, and maybe making plans and setting goals for 2017. Hope springs eternal, eh?

Wherever you are in the world, whatever you are doing, and whichever football team you support, I wish you all the best for the New Year. See you on the other side…
